Terms and Conditions

The acceptance of any order is on the understanding that the purchaser agrees to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Pricing and Purchase Orders
Prices do not include VAT and are subject to alteration without prior notification.

All goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of despatch.

Orders are subject to availability. Boss Wipers Ltd will not be held accountable for consequential loss or penalties incurred by their customers due to any products not being supplied or delivered on time.

All purchase orders received are taken as binding contracts between the seller and the buyer. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply along with a disposal fee if required.

Boss Wipers Ltd reserve the right to edit product descriptions and images, add or withdraw products and/or make any alterations in products shown on our website at any time, as we see fit.

Carriage charges are stated on the website in the section entitled “Carriage Charges” (please note that exclusions and surcharges apply to certain postcode areas and we do not ship to destinations outside the UK) – the carriage charge will be calculated and added automatically at checkout.

Orders placed on our website by 11 AM will be despatched same day on a 24-hour delivery service as standard.

Returns and exchanges policy.

Goods can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason – including incorrectly ordered. The value of the refund will be the full price paid less 20% restocking and administration fee and less original carriage charges. You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receipt and once we have been notified, you have a further 7 days to have the goods returned to us at your own expense. Returned product must be in its original packaging where possible and in a re-saleable condition. Upon receipt and inspection, the credit will be issued. Exchanges are essentially a return (under the above policy conditions) and a new order.

Shortages, Damages, Faulty Goods and Returns

If any delivery is short delivered, damaged, incorrect or defective on the original delivery, we need to be notified within 5 days in line with standard transport regulations. Deliveries must be checked and signed for at the time of delivery; signing carrier’s delivery note “unchecked” or similar will not be acceptable. We aim to resolve any issues of this nature within 7 days of notification and will arrange to deliver/ collect/ replace items free of charge. Non-arrival of goods should be notified in writing within 14 working days of invoice date.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Retention of Title
All goods supplied by Boss Wipers will not become the property of the purchaser until the invoice for any such goods has been paid in full. Until such times the purchaser remains the holder of the goods only and not the lawful owner. Boss Wipers Ltd reserve the right to enter any premises for the purpose of reclaiming goods held by the purchaser that have not been paid for in full.
